LAURA CRONIN [CO FOUNDER]
Prior to Brierpatch Productions, Laura Janik Cronin worked for over 12 years in theatrical management on and Off-Broadway, including The Lion King, Chicago, The Lieutenant of Inishmore, August: Osage County, November, The Look of Love, Jackie Mason: Prune Danish, Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks, Triumph of love, Hamlet with Ralph Fiennes, Beauty and the Beast, Jacques Brel Is Alive And Well, Spalding Gray: Stories Left to Tell, 25 Questions For A Jewish Mother, Don’t Quit Your Night Job, and My Mother’s Italian, My Father’s Jewish and I’m in Therapy.
Laura has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Mount Holyoke College, and holds a Masters of Fine Arts degree in theater management from the Yale School of Drama.
SCOTT NEWSOME [CO FOUNDER]
Scott has worked in theatrical management since 1999. Prior shows include Hedwig and the Angry Inch (Off-Broadway), The Gorey Details, Dinner With Friends, Menopause The Musical, Harmony, Once Around The Sun, I Love You Because, Shout! The Mod Musical, My Mother’s Italian, My Father’s Jewish, and I’m In Therapy, and Fuerza Bruta.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Houston.
CONNOR DAVIS [ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER]
Connor has held administrative positions with McCarter Theatre Center, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Manhattan Theatre Club, Octopus Theatricals, Feinstein's/54 Below, The Gallery Players, and North Country Center for the Arts. National Tours: The Sound of Music (dir. Jack O'Brien), and Elf-The Broadway Musical. He holds a BA in Theatre from James Madison University and an MFA in Theater Management & Producing from Columbia University.
ELLA WRENN [MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE]
A New York City based Company Manager and arts administrator who joined the Brierpatch Team in early 2016 as the company manager for the Actor’s Studio Drama School, and is thrilled to still be in The Patch as the Company Manager for CAGNEY The Musical. Ella has also been a company manager with The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival in Cold Spring, NY and Portland Stage Company in Portland, ME. She received her BA in Theater/Business from The University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.
